1. Data we process about aircraft owners

Our reports are built from public U.S. government records. The FAA Aircraft Registry publishes registrant names; we pseudonymize individual owners: when the FAA registrant type indicates a natural person (individual, partnership or co-owner), the report shows only "Private owner, {state}" — never the person's name. Companies and other legal entities are shown as published by the FAA.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing aviation-safety transparency from records the U.S. government already publishes, with pseudonymization minimizing the impact on natural persons.

2. Data we process about you (the buyer)

• Email address — collected by Stripe at checkout, used to deliver your report and for support.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Preview lookups — we log the N-number searched and a salted hash of your IP address (the raw IP is never stored) for rate-limiting and product analytics.

3. Retention

Purchase records are kept for accounting purposes. Lookup logs contain no directly identifying data.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and aircraft owners may raise pseudonymization concerns, by writing to [email protected].
