Yes — if the report could not be generated or is materially wrong about the aircraft identity, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Unfavorable findings are not grounds for refund.
Do you charge per lookup?
No. Previews are free (rate-limited). You only pay when you order the full report for a specific aircraft.
